We offer Mobility, Ambulatory, and Wheelchair vans for NEMT and NMT services. We accept different types of rides for NEMT, including routine, regularly recurring rides for three months and urgent transportation for a medical discharge from a hospital or a member left in a medical facility by a provider within one hour of the scheduled pick-up time. Or to and from critical and unplanned medical appointments.
We provide accessible NEMT and NMT services that accept special services and accommodations due to a disability or disabling health condition and special or specific instructions for critical Care and others, such as door-to-door and hand-to-hand services.
NMT services are to non-medical community services, and support shall include, but not be limited to, adult day programs, shopping, and activities that encourage community integration. NMT benefit is available on the following Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers:

Yes, Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation does provide accessible transport assistance services for all people who need critical care and with disabilities and disabling health conditions, including any mobility aids or devices, such as wheelchairs, portable oxygen concentrators, mobility scooters, canes, crutches, walkers, braces, etc., and special assistance for people with disabilities: blind, visually impaired, low vision, deaf, hard of hearing, on medication, use of service dogs and animals or external medical devices, etc. We may request a medical verification is a professional verification from a certified healthcare provider needed, with any supporting information to determine the patient’s most appropriate modes of non-emergency medical transportation or level of service based on their disabilities, disabling health conditions, and others who need critical care.

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation requires identification and health insurance ID cards to schedule a NEMT trip for verification purposes and to create a member account.
What is the type of information needed for scheduling a NEMT trip?
Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation will ask the following for scheduling a NEMT trip: Your Full Name, Home Address, phone, Email, Preferred method of contact, Sex, Languages Spoken, Date of birth, Referral, Emergency Contact Name, Phone, Relationship, Health Insurance card information, Medical Verification Form if you have any, and your identification, and health insurance ID cards.
Reservation Type: (One-way trip, One-way trip with a stop, Round trip, Round trip with a Stop, Round trip with multiple stops, Round trip: Three days a week, Round trip: Two days a week, Round trip: One day a week, Round trip: Multiple days in a row, except Sunday, Round trip: Multiple days in a row, except weekends, Discharge Transportation, Discharge Transportation with a stop, Other).
Types of NEMT or Level of Service (Mobility/Ambulatory Vehicle or Wheelchair Van),

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation will send you a reservation number after verifying your eligibility and a phone call one day before your trip for confirmation or additional trip notes.
The driver will wait for your pickup and drop off for up to 10 minutes. If you are not ready yet, or your driver is not answering, or NO-Show, please call at any time at 888-906-0669.
Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation allows at least two days before your trip pickup time.

Yes, you or your healthcare provider or medical facility staff can request discharge transportation, and we may accept your trip within 2 hours before your pickup time. It relies on driver availability.
Yes, if your appointment must be outside of the local service area. And your travel, meals, and lodging may be covered by the NEMT program.
Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation can only provide non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) service to and from approved medical facilities by HCPF | Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing. Our transportation drivers must follow our policies and procedures, not to attempt to stop at non-medical, except for an emergency or Health professional stating that the member may need a stop for meals or lodging. Your health insurance may cover meals or lodging: Traveling to and from approved medical facilities in-state can take more than one calendar day or authorized out-of-state treatment without including meals or lodging as part of an inpatient stay and for the escort when a member is a child or an at-risk adult who requires the escort’s continued stay. Meals and lodging are limited to one unit per day per each eligible member or escort. For example, when a physical therapist scheduled physical therapy for his patient three times a week visits for three months, starting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Now, the patient can choose, Round trip: Three days a week, and the pickup date should be the first day of their visit. The system will create the first ride on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with no issues and send a reservation number after verifying member eligibility. Then, our customer representatives always call one day before to confirm recurring rides and for additional notes.
Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation offers Mobility/Ambulatory Vehicle and Wheelchair Van. Mobility/Ambulatory transportation is acceptable for individuals who can travel without the assistance of a wheelchair. Wheelchair transportation is to accommodate the needs of wheelchair members.
