Driver-Providers Requirements

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation conducts pre-employment background checks for all driver-providers to ensure clean background check history with no pending charges and on an annual basis.

Federal Criminal Search

Most Wanted Search

Statewide/County Criminal Search

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for motor vehicle record (MVR) seven-year driving history from all new driver-providers and on an annual basis. Driver-providers must be at least 21 years of age and able to speak and comprehend English with at least three years of driving experience with no points.

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation requires all driver-providers to pass a drug test for employment and an annual basis and on a randomly selected day. Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation implements a Zero-Tolerance policy for the use of drugs and alcohol for all driver-providers. Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation is taking seriously any violence regarding NEMT services to ensure Safety and Respect for all and the transportation free from all threatening, disruptive behavior, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, sexual assault, emotional and physical misconduct, property damage, or any acts of violence. Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation conducts a monthly search of the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) to determine if any new or existing for all driver-providers or contractors included in the exclusion list Medicare/Medicaid or any other Federal health care program. And the System for Award Management (SAM) exclusion list is to identify parties excluded from receiving Federal contracts, certain subcontracts, and certain types of Federal financial and non Financial assistance and benefits. 

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation requires a pre-employment requirements checklist for all driver-providers that includes orientation, safety and quality care training, or obtaining certification for the following, but not limited to: 

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Compliance Certification

Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Compliance Certification

CPR / First Aid / AED Certification 

Blood Borne Pathogens Certification 

Passenger Assistance, Safety, and Sensitivity (PASS) Certification 

Defensive Driving Certification 

Diversity Awareness Certification.

Vehicle Requirments

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation ensures all vehicles are inspected/passed the vehicle safety inspections by certified auto mechanics like Grease Monkey before transporting passengers once a year and on a randomly selected day. 

The vehicle must have a valid registration, commercial insurance card, GPS tracking device, mobile operating, operator incident report, fully equipped first aid kit, biohazard kit, flashlight, and fire extinguisher with mount, a label stating: No smoking, and Seat belts safety, reflective triangle vehicle warning sign for safety roadside hazard, seatbelt cutter, and glass breaker, shovel snow removal with an ice scraper.

The vehicle must be clean and have printed stickers on both side doors with our company name, Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation, and phone numbers 888-906-0669 and 720-669-0696. Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation asks all driver-providers to perform daily vehicle safety inspections and report any issues immediately. 

Accessible Services

Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation provides accessible transport assistance services for all people who need critical care and with disabilities and disabling health conditions, including any mobility aids or devices, such as wheelchairs, portable oxygen concentrators, mobility scooters, canes, crutches, walkers, braces, etc., and special assistance for people with disabilities: blind, visually impaired, low vision, deaf, hard of hearing, on medication, use of service dogs and animals or external medical devices, etc. We may request a medical verification is a professional verification from a certified healthcare provider needed, with any supporting information to determine the patient’s most appropriate modes of non-emergency medical transportation or level of service based on their disabilities, disabling health conditions, and others who need critical care.

Passengers Safety Tips

Confirm your transportation: The vehicle must have printed stickers on both side doors with our company name, Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation, and phone numbers 888-906-0669 and 720-669-0696.

Wear your seat belt at all times.  

Wash your hands after you reach your destination. 

Respect for all. 

Don’t tip and discuss cash payments, as Ceeccil Quality Care Transportation does not charge or accept tips from Health First Colorado members after confirming member eligibility for NEMT services.

Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint about our service, safety, driver’s performance, a vehicle used for transport, or ethics, policies, and procedures, or other complaints, please call our Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator at 720-669-0696, fax 720-615-8666, or online by clicking on Complaint Form. Here is the complaint process. You need to file a complaint as soon as possible. The filing deadline is within two business days of the day of receipt. Once we receive your complaint, we will give you a tracking number. We will review your complaint and respond in writing to the complaint within thirty days of receipt of the complaint. You may request an appeal within thirty days of the decision.
